Can I Operate in Japan?

I don't even know why I want to do it. It's all... It's brought nothing but trouble for me. In Spain, I've trained two of the neurosurgeons there. They're fantastic neurosurgeons, but they haven't got my experience. So yeah, I've been sort of going, flying out of Spain, in the operating room,. guiding them through it as an observer. You can be a trainer, so to speak. But you can't lay hands on the patient, because you'll need malpractice insurance. And my malpractice insurance now is just so high that it doesn't work.
