Getting to the Execution Path at Early Is Part of It
When you consider the market inmigration strategy that should have ideally been considered and at least high level and visioned very early on. You need to think about where might you need to diplomatically be prescriptive so that they understand well, given the peaptors of the deal. But then really tailoring it fo a deal that we're working on is something that one should always keep in mind as you step into kicking off confirmatory diligence. It's also about setting expectations. Are we going after this looking at a complex, multi product line? Is this essentially n aquahire?
