Do We Stay and Fight?

Women and children can flee, but men under 60 cannot. So we face our families being torn apart by the fighting. We hope beyond hope that other nations in the world will come to our aid. But we know other countries want to avoid getting involved. Let us also imagine ourselves in the place of the russian soldiers in ukraine. To refuse orders, to simply return home is not an option for us. And so we too also experience fear, injury and death. Turn the light of awareness within yourself now and be mindful of what you have experienced or are experiencing.
