Are We Working Together to Produce Better Results?
When it's capital and labor, at the end of the day, one person still benefits from the other. What makes you think that we are increasingly moving into a world where labor, capital, owners, users, whatever, working together creates a better outcome than before? I i'm still trying to figure out what i think about this, so let me just state that this is something that i'd be open to any feedback on. And by the way, i'm looking for leaders who want to think out loud about this, c os, who want to thinking differently.
