The Disadvantages of Air Defense in the Iraq Conflict
There are a whole host of capabilities that weren't properly developed because we didn't need them in these wars take air defense. Air defense officers would be repurposed as advisors to the Iraqi army. Electronic warfare is an area that both China and Russia emphasizes extensively. We had to buy a system, what system did the US procure after 911 to protect the national capital against cruise missiles? And so, I think the wars were not all failures from a military perspective that's simply not accurate.
