The Rise of Dementia

In the UK someone's diagnosed with dementia every three minutes and one in eight people will die as a direct result of the disease. The global literature on the prevalence of dementia anticipates that the number of people living with dementia well-wide will have traveled by 2050. Unless there's some major medical breakthrough, they're just going to be significantly more people with dementia in the future.
