The original fundamentalists were american theologians and pastors who understood that some biblical doctrines are too pre s to take lightly. Those first fundamentalists prevai d through their unwavering commitment to god's word and refusal to negotiate on its truth. They built the wall that stopped liberalism from completely triumphing over everything. Sadly, few christians understand the necessity of the war they fought in the last century.
