How Do You Reskill a Customer Support Agent in an Age of AI?
For those who are in, you know, maybe support role functions or customer support that you just mentioned, you're going to see a lot more of tech working with them. In the short term, at least being an additive tool to help them do their job. But in many of these cases, it's about upskilling and reskilling. So I can see a path with a softer side, all chat, all intellectual side, follows roughly the same pattern.
