The home owners were all of asian descent who owned small businesses like restaurants or salons. They may fall into the stereotype of not dealing with banks or credit cards, and instead keeping large amounts of cash from their restaurants in their home. Despite this possible motive, very little was actually taken from the long home. The thieves stole a couple of guns, some amo, some jade figurines and a small green safe. But if they did that, it is the east efficient, least effective robbery ever. I mean, these guys would have been there for hours and took basically nothing. If you catch one, there's ten you don't catch.
