The Reason Why Not?

CNN's John Defterios takes a look at the debate over Twitter. He says there are mechanisms in place that have failed before, but they can be applied again if necessary. But he argues it doesn't feel like a democratic way of dealing with an issue such as Donald Trump and his use of social media to get his message out. 'I'm still not at the point yet where i think am i would say that he should be banned, or thes should be removed,' writes Defterios.
