Has this reading of the silence of abraham caused you to look at any other silences in the bible? I was thinking in particular of noah an an. Of course, later jewish tradition added some not protest to no but he becomes a preacher where heis trying to convince his contemporaries. Do you read other silences this way as well, or haven't you taken it there? I haven't taken it there. But when you finished writing a book, and you've dedicated, in a couple of years to getting it complete, you put it aside for awhile and go to other things that you have not been toucheg for a while.
