How to Be a Candidate That Is in Demand
If you're chasing a job, don't make an offer on the very same day. It can actually freak out candidates who think this has moved too fast. Some cultures do digest more than others and might even need a couple two, three days. If you're not the candidate, and let's say you're rejected, what have you found have been the best ways to respond to that? Look, I've always picked up the phone. I think somebody has invested their time in meeting with you and is potentially emotionally invested as well. And it's great to be able to give very constructive feedback.
