How Do You Structure a Successful Deal?
The company's called American sheet metal. It's ASM in the acronym sheet metal.com. You had said that just after your failed deal and kind of connecting with Sam, this deal popped up about a month and a half later. Do you think that you would have pursued this deal before you're kind of shift in perspective of your search? We would have definitely pursued it because it was in our backyard and it fit a lot of traits. And then funding, you know, we kind of knew what to do from the lighting deal failure.
