When is the eyes and nose maybe not the Bible of their fluid status? You know, I think it's kind of funny in a way. A patient can still be vastly volume overloaded as a whole, but they can be intravascularly dry. So we might have patients that have great urine output, but you'll look at their intake and they're getting no volume restriction or they're getting a ton of IV medication.
