Introduction
The transplant surgery team of the university of north carolina at chapel hill will be discussing two challenging transplant cases. The first case is a middle aged female who has really no significant pasmonical history, besides a questionable kidney stone and no interabdominal operations ever. And so she ended up coming to our institution to again be evaluated for possible kinny donation.
