The Feds Are Raising Rates to Impact the Job Market, Right?
I was talking to an HR leadership fellow a couple of weeks ago, and he was suggesting to me that he's seeing the employment market change a little bit already. And then he thought that within nine months it could be back to more of a normal market. So our two mandates, obviously, you know, full employment and price stability. The federal open market committee right now has said,You know, that inflation is way too high. And so from a price stability standpoint, we're raising rates trying to put kind of a break on that very well may create a slowing of the employment market.
