Why I Don't Recommend Dirty Bulking
It is basically impossible to maintain the same level of focus and intensity and quality in your training when you are Really not enjoying it. Less fun means less motivation to train and that means more missed workouts. So those are the major reasons why I don't recommend dirty bulking to anybody really. And what I do recommend of course is lean bulking, capping your calorie surplus at somewhere between five and ten percent.
