The Importance of Internal Validity in Nitric Oxide Therapy

The trial appears to have very high internal validity. Each 9.5% completed the trial. A very good dose of nitric oxide was delivered. As clinicians, I think clinicians should have confidence in these results. This is valuable. It may not be positive, which is what everybody always looks for, but it's a very definitive answer.
