Women in the Soft Community Now?

Women in the unit, how were they selected? How were they trained? Were they trained differently than you guys? And woud you feel like that the precurser to women being in the soft community now, or u, like, how w and how was it received at the time? Um, we. I wish everyone had read jack's article on on that subject there. That really helps back from the blue light days and how it carried over.
