Is There Any Empirical Environment or Research That Can Tell Us if Something Works?

Iplect tem: I take a bunch of proposals throughout literature, and then i try to compare them. For training competitiveness is, how hard is it train? And performance competits is, if we do train it, how good is it? So all these sorts of por these sorts of poor conditions, are the sort of sentral things that we need if we want to be able to have a competitive and alined procedure for building artificial intelligence. But certainly it seems like, you know, we can say some are more promising, some are less promising. That's can o depend one o your particular research taste.
