Every culture has a slightly different take on the vampire. And yet, we're still changing the mythology. I don't particularly have a problem with that. But there is something very, i think, just innately unnerving to us about a creature that wants to drink our blood. There's something really nasty about that idea that, you know, our lives matter solely.
