Alka, a New Year's Prayer

missionary Jim eliot, nate saint and another young missionary by the name of d. Mc culley began to fly over their territory dropping gifts. Every stranger that had ever gone into their territory had been killed. After about 15 weeks they felt it was time to attempt to go in and reach them face to face. By this time there were five men, two others had been asked to join them. And they sang together o him, we rest on thee, our shield and our defender. They set up a tree house for safety. The men prayed that god would bring them to them, which is exactly what god did. About five days later, they suddenly heard a shout.
