The world is ending all the time and also not. And it's not going to be the exciting flash of nuclear holocaust that we think it's going to be. The idea that we want the simple answer, that there could this panacea that exists that is the end to our woes or is the beginning of them in a major way has never been true historically. I promise you we're not going to go to war over water. It's going to happen something so much dumber than that. You know, they're like Nike release a new shoe that makes people run twice as fast because it turns into toothpicks... That's how the world's going to end.
