Elliot's Strengths: Creativity and Speed

Elliot: Liverpool need players who are young enough to drop in and out of the side. I don't think Harvey Elliott would be perfectly suited to that because, as you say, he's not quite got that pace and that speed to get away from players. Phil Foden is kind of the model that had a look at in terms of playing some of his minutes in midfield,. Some of his minutes further forward. He's not in Manchester City's team every single week but still has a huge role to play. And there's loads of players that fall into that category for Liverpool that can play a couple of different roles  that are young enough that they can do a few different
