I think the other thing is a theme for this year because it is something that I am historically terrible at. Instead of saying goals for the entire year, which is just too big of a span that's too ephemeral. For me, my theme for thisyear is just small consistencies. And so I tend to be someone who dives fully headfirst into everything and gives 150% on whatever is currently exciting me like binge productivity.
