The Role of Natural Dynamism in the Economy

I think we actually overuse the R word if I may say. The economy is a period of rebalancing and that can feel a little bit anxiety provoking, but it can also be the place where we grow into something that really delivers different kinds of benefits to everyone. We have new opportunities for people who have all different kinds of skills to get the kind of career mobility they've been wanting their whole lives. And just making sure that things are okay for future generations because they're kind of all that you have to a certain degree.
