I had very poor leadership and management skills early on. I was like, okay, cool, we have no managers. I'll go and recruit people with the job title manager in it. And so eventually, you know, going to this point, and I had a few good recruits at like the head of or director level in our business that really, I recruited them to do stuff for the business. But the goal was always to have a chief operating officer who is actually the CEO now. That's what Adam has been doing since day one. He says he can't be successful as an entrepreneur without understanding strategy. Strategy drives structure, right?
