The Problems With the Job Market

We don't have an abundance of software engineering skills relative to the demand. So if we can make these people more effective with AI or any other tool, why not? I'm not afraid of my job. Even unskilled engineers out there are going to lose their jobs. They'll just be more effective with less skills. And that's great at least for a very long time.
