Paves is not a talent agency. We actually, when companies have a hard time communicating how much candidates are being compensated and why their compensation is great, pave as tools to help with that. I was leveraging my inner josh brown the other day, and i got on to a customer call,. with a first discovery call, with a prospect at a ten thousand, 20000 employees. And all he did was tear in for the first 15 minutes on why he dislikes talent agencies. All we were doing was just making him feel like he was right the whole time.
