"I thought, there's going to be a huge crisis point with transness because we don't have a definition for what woman means in the 21st century," she said. "Our job is to create rhetoric and language and discourse to figure out how to talk about ourselves in a way that actually makes sense" She added: "We understand we're the same as you inside, but our experiences are different."
