Decrowth and the Idea of Ben Vivier

decrowth is less of an ethical principle, more of a complex set of rights that are also found in Western traditions. Part of that recognition of the right to nature and the fundamental right to water has led to the banning of any form of privatization of water. And so we can learn from various non-capitalist practices around the world. I think when Vivier has a concept that really tries to look at the ways that we have harmoniously coexisted as humans in our environment... there's a lot to learn.
