The traditional way of grinding sesame is to sit on your knees and do it for an hour. This creates this most incredible, luscious sesami milk that can be used in all kinds of dishes. In the kitchen itself, there are no machines, nothing electric. It's all justa done by hand with knives on fire a that's how it's been cooking. You could talk a little bit more about these buddhist monks. And obviously, in these temples, they grow their own food very carefully.
