William edward ramsey was a methodist minister. He had been evaluated for a liver transplant by a hospitalot in california. His health started to deteriorate, and the doctors couldn't figure out why. They finally tested him in january of two thousand seven, and they found hepotitis that he did not have for his liver transplant.
