The death toll from yesterday's rocket attack on the civilian apartment building in Lviv has risen to 10 and there's another 42 injured still. Washington Post is reporting that President Joe Biden has approved sending cluster munitions to Ukraine as part of a new military package worth about $800 million. German Foreign Minister Anna Lainaberbach, she said this morning that her country opposes sending Cluster Munitions to Ukraine. The UN's nuclear watchdog says it's making progress on inspecting parts of the Zaparizia nuclear plant after claims there have been mines placed there.
