The Gift of the Gospel

The opening words of chapter 12 present now your bodies as living sacrifices. This is a reminder to Christians that the world of the cultists is not irrelevant to Christian faith and life. And then the epistle closes with something that I think is beautiful in its own way. The notion of offering is fundamentally the liturgical response to our maker, the amen of all things. Glorify and enjoy God our maker, our creator and lead creation in our train as it were in the up swelling,. Amen to God to present ourselves and with us all things under our provisional and temporary rule under Jesus Christ.
