Thanks to Everything, I've No Complain Whatever

A simple saying consists of two sentences, and it says, thanks for everything. Ih've no complaint whatever. That's a spiritual practice. It's not just the words, sogh. You have to actually feel what the words are saying. And then internally, you rise above the external circumstances of your life by being in a position of non reactivity towards them.
