How Do You Define Emotional Mastery?
Emotional mastery is being aware of what you're feeling, acknowledging what's arising in the body and then how that's turning into mental formations in the mind. To me, it's important to use a mindfulness practice to just be patient, to not feel like you have to rush or react to emotions. So recognize that I'm feeling this for a reason and let me understand what that intelligence is that's coming through.
