What Are the Peers?

Sinking up a couple of days of downtime is not going to take all that long. If you've been offline for like a month then it's longer. There's something about so there's these peers. This by the way is awesome because these are these have been questions that I've or some of them I don't but it's actually really cool to get a chance to ask this. What are the peers? What are they? Is it just other what are they because it's like it's not a very large number.
