Is the Outer Space Treaty a Fatal Flaw?
i'm very optimistic regarding france and germany. They can be y legalistic. They're very cautious, am and very wedded to the u n system. But if you ware o nickle for every time he he accords reference to the united nations or copous, you could afford your own mission to the moon. This is about implementing it that if you support multilateralism, you su the outer space treaty. Otherwise it's an empty promise, an empty words. And i was very proud that, smuch as i love the outer space Treaty, it too has a fatal flaw, and that's that there isnt any teeth.
