How Important Was Your Progression During That Time?

i think i did a really good job of unpacking all the details. But it sounds like there were kind of three main ingredients that went into your progression during that time. So you were er boarding six days a week, but then you would finish your finger boarding with 30 minute total work out. Also doing endurance circuits on real rock climbing and then also running an hour a day. And i'd love to ask how important each those components or ingredients were in your progression.
