The Benefits of Strength Training

The glute is the only really mono-atticular just crossing posturally behind the hip. The adductor, magnus, highly underestimated, hip extensor and deep hip flexion. If you chronically train a muscle that if you train like that, it's going to get stronger. And then what happens with these lifters is that strength gets reinforced and more reinforced.
