The Future of AI

I'm kind of puzzled that it hasn't happened yet. I think one of the reasons is that we're acting against it every day from an intelligence perspective. ISIS was trying to develop biological agents and to deliver them in novel ways by physically destroying that organization in the Euphrates River Valley in Syria. What is easily transferable are algorithms, because they're in software form. And they are replicable in an instant. But when AI is developed, or especially applied, we do have other things that are in the mix.
