Then I Sat Down and I Observed Something Crazy

i noticed something crazy i saw the retail stores, you know, lining the walls. Their doors were open, but i couldn't see any of their staff members. And then i noticed these booths in the middle. I could see who was working for them. They were out shaking hands, smiling, even giving away samples or taste as to whatever it was they were making. Even if they didn't make a sale, that person then had an experience with that brand. That's how i just started winning business.
