Book Review - Part One

The book is split out into three different parts. The first chapter within part one is extreme ownership where they go through the process of explaining what the mindset of extreme ownership is. They were in a situation where there was friendly fire and blue on blue is what they called it. And he stood up in front of all of the higher ups who had flown in for this particular meeting to say, "It's my fault" He basically said that that saved his military career because they viewed his taking ownership of the situation as it wasn't going to happen again.
