The Experience of Working With Motion Animators

Before the application went out, I was just really nervous and really concerned about the kind of quality of applications that I was going to get. And now being future me who has seen the applications, I have to say that the average quality of application was much higher than I was expecting. It's not necessarily about that person's skill, but it's their understanding of your style, which is the point, I guess.
