How Moderation Meeting Works

When i was in english teacher, i took part in lots of lots of moderation meetings. And and i ran quite a few as well. The good thing about traditinal moderation meeting is you to see different writing. But it's less effective than the comparative grading system that we have now. It becomes like less about most the kid's work and more about who can mount a kind of really creative defence of the rubric. What you want o try an do is almost t take the heat out of defensiveness between my kid and their teachers. They say they are silently and anonymously moderating your judgments. So does not actually have any more weight than a class teacher or head teacher.
