How to Get Exemptions for Video Games
The US Copyright Office opens up a sort of like call for people who want to make exemptions to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Video games have been very specifically exempt from this thanks to lobbying by the video game industry. Kelsey's big project was to determine just how many games you know we're calling them historical games and they are not generally being sold anymore.
