Switching Is Not a Radical Idea
Pusan's group, which called their network siclad, said that every packet is switch independently. The idea of breaking packets or baking data up into small packets and sending them through the network was a radical idea at the time. But Pusan decided to dedicate some machines to just doing relay so they don't need as many wires. They could be ill any way they want.
