The DPC's Action Against Facebook

The Irish Data Protection Commission, or the DPC, has had a major role to play in all this. Kira O'Brien: The animosity between the DPC and Max Rems has been going on for quite a while. He accused the DPC of attempting to stop him from published documents related to a complaint against Facebook. In 2021, also he appeared before the Eruptus Committee and said the DPC was too slow. We had cases that are now pending for more than eight years.
