Senator william proxmyer demanded that the air force ground all c fives until a complete investigation proved its integrity. Proxmir questioned the decision to use the aircraft to evacuate the vienemys children, in view of the many deficiencies of the c fivea. He went on to say that questions had been sed by many as to whether it was decided to use the c five in part as a dramatic demonstration of its usefulness in an emergency. It doesn't seem like evacuating babies is like, "Well, we could use that allr," he said.
